It's just you. My whole family has been talking about nothing but this since we dicussed getting together for our family reunion!
It looks TERRIBLE. The trailer screams "wacky chick flick."
I actually seriously considered going and seeing it as an 'off broadway' production when it was in Denver. I'll probably go see it in the theater with some girlfriends though. :) I can't believe this is coming from someone who went and saw Sex and the City. ;)
My first adult girlfriend, lo' those many years ago, was an obsessive ABBA fan. When I saw the ads for this, I have to admit that my first thought was, "Thank god I'm not dating T. anymore and I don't have to see this movie."
True, I did love "SaTC" — guilty as charged! And I could listen to my ABBA Greatest Hits CD all day long. I'll wait for the reviews, but I remain a skeptic!
I haven't seen the trailer or the play, but I love me some Abba. If it's got Dancing Queen, it can't be all that bad, right? Hopefully it's better than "Muriel's Wedding".
