Actually this looks perfect. Batman always seems like he has the type of personality that really doesn't like interacting with children unless he has to. Kind of like a curmudgeonly old bachelor who has a family with chatty youngsters move in next door.
LOL! I love that description. He's not the cuddly type, and kids ought to experience fear of authority from time to time.
